Rockwell Industries International is a specialty metals service center handling the distribution and processing of high temperature alloys, stainless steels and premium melt alloy steels. We supply raw material in various forms including bar, sheet and plate. Our in-house processing capabilities include CNC band saw cutting, abrasive sawing, CNC centerless grinding and bar chamfering. Some commonly outsourced operations we provide include heat treating and ultrasonic testing.
Who We Are
Rockwell has a long history of excellence within the specialty metals industry. Our customer driven mentality has allowed us the opportunity to supply some of the leading OEMs and machine shops across the world. The premium quality alloys we supply are used in the most demanding of applications for the aerospace, defense, medical, oil and gas and power generation industries. In addition to our transactional inventory, we routinely work with manufacturers to develop stocking programs. Our software system makes for a seamless just-in-time delivery philosophy as well as the efficient coordination of any required outside processing.
To supplement the material we supply, we offer in house band sawing and shearing. We use the latest state of the art Amada and Kasto band sawing machines as well as Cincinnati shears, which allow us to hold very tight tolerances for your demanding applications.
Within the aerospace industry, we are very proud to support Pratt & Whitney, General Electric and Rolls Royce for over 25 jet engine programs. Below is a list of some of the programs we support:
