- Hastelloy X AMS 5754
Hastelloy X is commonly used with jet engines such as afterburner components and tail pipes. It is also commonly used in the gas turbine and petro-chemical industries.
- L605
AMS 5759
L605 is a cobalt-chromium-tungston-nickel alloy. It has good formability, high strength to 1500°F, and good oxidation resistance to 2000°F. L605 is non-magnetic and have excellent resistance to hot and corrosive atmospheres. It is especially resistant to carburizing atmospheres up to 1600ºF.
- A286
AMS 5732, AMS 5737
Corrosion and heat resistant steel in the form of bars, wire, forgings, mechanical tubing, flash welded rings, and stock for forging, flash welded rings, or heading. Strength up to 1300 degrees F (704 degrees C) and oxidation resistance up to 1500 degrees F (816 degrees C), but usage is not limited to such applications.
- 15-5PH
AMS 5659
15-5 PH stainless steel is a martensitic precipitation-hardening stainless steel which maintains a high strength to approximately 600 °F. Compared to 17-4 PH, it offers better transverse toughness and ductility: better mechanical properties in larger cross-sections, and better forgeability.
- 13-8
AMS 5629
13-8 is a precipitation-hardening martensitic stainless steel that has excellent strength, high hardness, superior toughness, and good corrosion resistance.
